We are on the lookout for a Senior Paid Search Strategist to join our dynamic Paid Advertising department. This role is ideal for someone who is nimble, proactive, and possesses a deep understanding of digital advertising across various platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. By leveraging best practices and innovative strategies in paid search, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing the visibility of our clients’ brands online.

As a Senior Paid Search Strategist, you will be involved in every aspect of the clients’ paid search campaigns, from the initial planning and implementation to monitoring, optimization, and reporting. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and creative thinking to develop highly targeted digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, preparing detailed agendas, decks, and performance analyses.
  • Employ test-driven marketing strategies to enhance marketing messaging, positioning, and overall budget efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and industry partners to develop and test new strategies, staying ahead of market trends and technological advancements.
  • Forecast revenue, manage campaign budget pacing, and provide insights that contribute to landing page strategy optimization.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, imparting knowledge of best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain active awareness of industry news, tools, and trends, contributing to the team’s knowledge and staying competitive in the field.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience managing and executing paid search media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms, including tools like SA360, Google Analytics, and various reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, capable of delivering insights and strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in automotive, franchises, or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and conversion tracking technologies (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, leading by example and contributing positively to the team culture.
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and applying data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Eagerness to keep pace with PPC industry and search engine trends, developments, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
